It is a personal project where i placed all of my favorites horror movies, TV series, games and their character in one search-and-find illustration. Are you capable to find them all?
The scenario is based on my hometown Belém, nothern Brazil, in the middle of amazon rain forrest. With historical buildings and also some easter eggs off our culture.
This art style allows me to work with any theme, setting and characters. It's always very fun, dynamic and full of details. Be it in a desert, on an island, on a volcano. It can be any city of the world, or maybe based on games or books.
Creativity is the limit! You'll always have something new to find every time you look!

CREATING PROCESS
Here I show you what it was like to produce this illustration.
It all starts with a list of things, objects, places, people, animals (and much more) that you want to place, and with them some funny and fun situations that can be part of and make everything more dynamic.
The next step is to make the sketches, unleash your creativity. One important thing for me is to have fun doing this step, as it is not very technical.
The illustration looks different if the artist is having a great time making it.
When making the final lineart, it is important to respect artistic freedom in the drafts and ensure that it is well finished. It's a good idea to keep a limited color palette, because the fewer colors, the harder it is to find something.
It took about 60 hours to make this search-and-find style illustration.
